last i checked, there are no equivalent amxmodx plugins for either of these

even though it's a completely different goldsrc mod, RC 1.9 should be fully compatible with HL1 (RC 2.0 is partially compatible iirc), you should be good to go by just copying the files from RockCrowbar to your valve folder directly

metamod/amxmodx works, but is a bit tricky to get running. you need to keep your liblist.gam intact and make it load the metamod dll through launch options, i don't remember the exact command but it's something along the lines of

+setinfo gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"

check step 4 and then step 5 or 6 here (but replace the bot dlls with rc.dll)
