ok i thought this would be cool, this is how he time travels:

set the speed of everyone except you and any other beret hero using the power to 0 (or make them not be able to move)

set it so nobody at all can fire

make it a short time like 2 or 3 seconds but make urself very fast so u can still go very far like time traveling

make urself invisible so they cant see u when ur 'time traveling' and i guess invincible too but it dont really matter since they cant fire anyway.

yeah i think thats everything...i think its a good idea anyway

it is a interesting idea, but it is like when people are able to move in freezetime and have silversurfer and some speed and they go to spawn and kill everyone, people hate being defenceless

Maybe to be more balanced he teleports to a random place on the map?

well while ur time traveling u shouldnt be able to shoot either, so its not like u can kill them while theyre frozen

this is not even close to time traveling.
this is just teleporting without it being instant...

actually if u think about it it kind of is..

the time "freezes" (the people stop being able to move)
you are alot quicker (like speeding through time)
nobody can fire (because you are traveling through time)
and nobody can see you (because you are traveling through time)

but whatever if u dont like it its cool it was just an idea

yeab but this is almost like blink but its slow. When u travel true time ppl still move but we can say u end up 1 year later and everything have already happened. Or u travel back in time and it all rewinds. This is not time traveling becuse ppl just freeze. In like a movie when somebody it traveling in time everybody continues with that they are doing but in ultra speed and it all will get back normal when u reach you destination time.

This is just freezing time, time wont move becuse nobody can move.

well rename the hero clock stoper or time stoper or somthin and say he stops time for avery one else but him.

but who would want to play with the game frozen while some j/o is running around the map for the illusion of frozentime

if you are trying to say it is actual, where nobody notices but you that everyone is not moving but you for ten seconds while you are getting to where you are going, I think your best bet is to buy a tivo cause it is to much to have 20 different timelines for 20 different players

which means if another guy is frozen but has beret and presses the button, he is now able to move during the frozen time also.

of course you dont want everyone sitting around frozen for 10 seconds in the game..
