If you use IE, then go to Tools->Internte Options..

Then there will be a box saying Temporary Internet Files... In there theres a settings button... Click on that, and then hit the View Files button... It also shows the location of the folder, too

i am putting many flash videos and games on my site... there is no index for it so just look into the games folder and movies folder
