sorry for being noob, Can anyone tell me how to use it? .I have added .amxx in plugin folder and .inc in include folder and plugin name in plugins.ini. when i use amx_tsay it shows same as before nothing changed.

Hey can someone modify this so the message that I define in the plugin, appears to a person 5 seconds after she chooses a team (joins and chooses a team)

There is nothing to modify, just a stock you can use, as you would use natives for hudmessages.
If you need a plugin, post in the requests forum.

Is this working on amxx183hg190 and hlds6000+ builds ?
I try from 6 hours to make it works but without success (i use amxx183hg190 hlds 6132)
On 182hg24 and build 5758 - works without problems
