Spawning func_dustmotes / func_dustcloud

Hey guys,

I was trying to spawn func_dustmotes and/or func_dustclouds with SourcePython, but I had no luck, so I was wondering if any of you can do it with Sourcemod.

Help is very much appreciated.

I always start with high agility and tagging sneak, and only ever crouch walk. I run Project Nevada as well so the sneaking is even tougher, but I counter that by spamming VATS, since no blips show up on radar. Scumbaggy, sure, but it 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 helps.
