I want to do boss with high polygon model, but what the tool i need to compile model?

There is no special tool, but the compiler has a vertex buffer limit for each part of the model (smd, dmx, whatever). If your model uses too many polygons for it to compile as one mesh, you can break it into multiple and use include or bodygroups. Not uncommon to separate clothes or the head in this way, just know that there will be no smoothing between the separate meshes.
