Theres fucking commented lines, read them.....

Question 3: How do I set the cvars so that they doesnt reset after each serverrestart?

Reset to what??? If you set the cvars in the shconfig they never reset... If you use the amxmodx menu to change them they will always reset.

3rd question:

Are they in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins ?
Are they named correctly (the same as in the plugins-shero.ini)

Skeletor wont work because you dont have monstermod, you've already stated that. Its a standalone/separate plugin. Search for it if you want it.

For all the other heroes that isnt working: If theres a console or such thing alike, check if the heroes are loaded or not. In HLDS its "amxx plugins" in the console. If there is a console and it says bad load check the reason at the bottom

Thank you. I don't like messing around in the corefiles incase I accidentaly ruin everything.

It says nothing in the serverconsole

There is a server console? Type "amxx plugins" without the "" (quotes).

It should post something like this:

amxx plugins
Currently loaded plugins:

Thats from my HLDS console, not sure how a webserver is built.

running means its loaded and working. Bad load means its not loaded and if theres a bad load theres always a reason at the bottom of all the plugins
