permbans are fixed in 1.4.1, forgot about them when i limited global bans to > 10 minutes

IMO there are not many cases where IP banning is more useful than banning steamids. Implementing IP banning would be quite much work if I want to keep the database layout nice.

sm_banip much it is necessary for LAN servers. Possible add optional table?

sm_unban doesnt get registered somehow. The ban is removed on the server, but the player still stays in the table as banned...

Unbanning sets banneduntil to 0 and being banned is defined as banneduntil > time()

I just installed this but after getting it to work I thought why do I need this lol. I have Sourcebans now and its crashing my server. I only have one server. I deleted Sourcebans database and installed this one. O well, guess I will keep it now.
