CS:GO Surf Combat PLUGIN.

I need someone to code me a Surf Combat plugin that has this:

- Redie
- Vip menu
- Sourcebans
- Report command, if possible forwarding the reports to a text channel on the discord via a webhook
- WS - Knife - Gloves - Agents
- Stealth to hide staff to analyze possible hackers
- Anti cheat
- 100% accuracy and no blur on weapons
- An excellent hitbox
- Hitsound
- Rock the Vote - RTV
- Free for all
- Vips manage to enter a full server
- Spawn Protection
- Guns menu
- Clan system
- Sound commands
- A crosshair command for awp for vips only (optional if not available)
- (And obviously all the basics that belong to the staff.)

What's wrong with his request? Most things he mentioned already exist on the forum, as well as he probably suggests payment in exchange.
