How to block button activation by shooting it?

I want that some players, can't activate them.

It actually has.
Servers usually don't have that function of shooting buttons to activate, if you have it then you have weapon physics or something alike. Then in that code modify that it checks the shooter's ID and then with your own parameters lets him activate it or not.

were u can enable a button (open doors, ..) by shooting it.
