i don't know where your problem is
but on my server only the ghost player has no fall dmg...
normal player has dmg when falling...

my plugin is creating a entity as model
it doesn't change the real player models
it make them only invisible...

so i cant get it what you mean with T become ct model...
when real model is not changed
it's only invisible and the entity is put on it
as a skeleton model

on round end only the entitys are removed
and on new round the player original model is set visible again..

maybe you have a conflict with a other plugins

Ok . The problem I've fixed it . But another problem is that , Sometimes , There's fall damage , Sometimes there isn't .

Should be able to choose to not se alive players (less ghosting on the server). And all ghost should choose if they want to stay a ghost or not.
