[Solved] [Help] HE Grenade Cooldown

Hey guys!!!
I need a HE Grenade Cooldown Plugin.
Before a month, i got that plugin but today i cant find that!
I tried to search but couldnt get it.
Can anyone provide me link or make this plugin?

Description
When a player throws nade, cooldown timer start.
During cooldown, player cant throw any nades.

In short,
A player can throw nade only after "x" seconds.
