Is there a way to LIMIT NUMBER OF client connections from single IP? (sorry, mistake)

Hello, I'm currently running 5 tf2 servers and one TTT server.
I have one idle/trade tf2 servers and it's main purpose is to promote other servers,
because it's always full and it displays list with other servers so players can hop to 'real' servers, or join my steam group. It sometimes happens.

But sometimes i am getting players connecting to farm items with 15 instances of TF2 running in textmode from single IP. This is blocking real players from connecting to my server.

Is there a script or plugin to allow 3 or 4 connections from single IP, which would be kicking players trying to run more instances of TF2?

Running this on Debian linux.

http://www.sourcemod.net/plugins.php...tion=&search=1 - Try looking through a few of the plugins that list IP, I know of at least one that'll work.
