I'd be pretty weary about issuing a takedown notice to a site that was critical to my plugins. how well would Kigen's Anti-Cheat work without sourcemod? I'd be adding his stuff to the blacklist 2 min after the takedown notice was issued.

It's such a pain in the ass and my server's so small I'll just go on a case-by-case basis for now.

Why wouldn't you blacklist all of his plugins anyways?
It's not like he can do anything about it.
Hell, blacklist his author string and buildpaths for good measure.

This thread is old. Kigen doesn't code plugins anymore. Unless something is changed, SMAC is based off KAC. An entire rewrite would be needed, even then its legally iffy.

That is also quite useless. I can easily change my author string. Build paths are relative to the compile file, meaning they don't matter. Nobody from SM wants to deal with the headache of taking down a site.
