I along with the kid who attacks my server (he is a regular player on my server and decided to sell the program to some other kids so he offered to help me patch it, but now the kids he sold the program to are attacking my server) both know HaloShadoW and would rather have him as a friend than enemy, so we now collaborate together. We are both working to patch this.

I will remove the logging from SMAC and will see if it mitigates the lag.

Yes when he was attacking the server (stopped at the moment) my server peaked at 96% CPU usage!
