I'm typing it in, rcon, ssh, and hlsw console. Same reply. Don't know how there could be multi-byte characters in plain text.

I am getting an error of it trying to update on server restart, map chance that's causing a crash. This is on a INS server that is pure and has SM,SDK tools, and MM running. It says it can not update from server and keeps trying or... is says the update was interrupted.

It would be nice if KAC generated its own config file in cfg/sourcemod

Why port it to its own plugin? Seems to be working fine as-is as a SM plugin.

Some people do not wish to use SourceMod. Plus I am limited on what I can do from within SourceMod and I'm sure SM devs didn't intend for SourceMod to have a anti-cheat plugin quite like mine. But meh, at the current time I will continue to develop KAC on SourceMod. Currently it is much easier on me this way.

And if you were ever considering donating before please donate now. http://codingdirect.com/ It would be much appreciated.

Even if you set it to cl_cmdrate 1, it still makes the player's ping stay at 5 all the time.

The default value for cl_cmdrate is 30. So we should set it to if lower than 30, kick them and ask them to type cl_cmdrate 30 in console.

I am sure there are some people that doesn't even know what is console. Just another thought, is it possible to use this command?
FakeClientCommand(client, "cl_cmdrate 30");

This is what I found out about fake ping using really low values for cl_cmdrate.

"cl_cmdrate is the number of times the client sends updates to the server per second. So if you lower it, you will lag in the eyes of everyone else. It will also destroy the user's hit registration because of the lack of updates sent to the server. It does more harm to the user than good. The worst the command can do to one's server is a bunch of annoying morons running around, warping like hell due to using a low cl_cmdrate."

It is not possible to set the client's cl_cmdrate because VALVe decided to disallow that.
