Yeah, there's an issue with the currently uploaded version; I have a new working version with a current uptime of about 25 hours, I just haven't had a chance to upload the new compressed folder, since I'm currently working on a skyrpg 3 update for the server. Once that's done, I'll compress the current team manager and post it. Just look for the update sometime after this post; It'll be v2.2.4

I've posted v2.2.4; There's nothing in the revision history, because I made a lot of changes in this update, and didn't bother to log them. The most important part of the update is everything is fully stable, and I'm using a new method to track activity related to bots.

After a few minutes of testing the server crashed. There are no error logs however. Also reporting what I am seeing:

The first team to be survivor on any map loads in with a primary weapon on their back and if there are less than 4 real players - there are no bots.

The 2nd survivor team when sides are switched, loads in normally with a melee and there are bots (up to the minimum of 4) if there are less than 4 real players.

Before the update the survivors always had a minimum of 4 with bots included.

All I did was replace the .smx and the translations.txt files.

Iv gotta be doing something, wrong here...

have been trying to install Team Manager for about a week, saw a comment about bug, and hoped it was the fix for me, but what is happening is when the server loads the Team Manager, it finds the Database, but then dies and leaves me with this.

Ok after, trying just L4d2-playerslot, didnt work, tryed again with just L4Dtoolz, didnt work, but both running seems to have fixed the problem, atleast that i can see on the console side


Looks like that fixed it for me, in game seams to be working atm

i use l4dtoolz, and run lfdt2 w/o playerslots; never had any issues with it.

i didnt have l4dtoolz installed cause i didnt see a reason as it wasnt required, so yea

Yes; team manager uses sv_maxplayers, which is a cvar created by l4dtoolz. You could set it up to not require l4dtoolz, but lfdt2 only supports up to 18 players, whereas l4dtoolz supports up to 32.
