I tried to play CS the other day and noticed the voice sounded all scrambled. I reset my config and nothing. Still sounds terrible, like kids are in water. Ping is fine though, so it's not a latency issue. Any ideas?

Different client/server game versions. If you haven't updated your CS, then do so. If you did then make sure the server you're playing in is using the latest HLDS.
