Where do i put this 2 things (nvault_amxx.dll and nvault_amxx_i386.so ) from nvault_util (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=139584) on my addons folder?

AMXX Modules should go ind addons\amxmodx\modules. You only need the one that matches your operating system. DLL is for Windows. SO is for Linux.

And also don't forget to activate them in modules.ini from folder amxmodx/configs

You'll have just to write only prefix, for example if file is nvault_amxx.dll , then you write down only nvault .

He doesn't have to as AMXX (by default) loads modules that are required by plugins (that part is made with some pragmas in include files).

But there are different plugins i think. I remind that i put different plugins many times and the didnt load , when i checked amx_plugins they had "Bad load" on status label.

You need to write the module name in modules.ini only when the module doesn't auto-load for some reason.
