CSGO server cpu usage spike on Windows

I would like to know if the problem with jumps cpu usage 0 to 100% on core only me or not.

Please screen with task manager.

I think cpu measurement is not correct for srcds

I have 36 slot public server running at 128 tick

These screenshots taken when server is full

Cpu usage some time drop to %0, its not possible when 36 players on server even server running at 128 tick.

So, I think cpu measurement is not correct at all. if your server running fine, ignore the graphics, its not even correct.

The server works fine, but on linux there is no such problem.

it might make sense to write on the feedback? On the subject of this problem.
