[TF2] Freeze during Setup Time

Hi,

Apparantly, during the 'Setup' (on TF2) the players are normally frozen (can't move using movement keys), but this is not working on my server.

Is there a cvar for this?

There was just a thread on this recently, I believe. The cvar was mp_enableroundwaittime.

I know there used to be bugs with this in Arena mode... I'm not sure if there still are, but I know PropHunt has disabled it for years now.

I really should check if that's necessary any more.

I have tried mp_enableroundwaittime but it has no effect - and this happens to be on an arena mode D:

Could you post your plugin list? It might be caused by a plugin.
