LOL be smart u can tell im a noob i have no idea what so ever where i put a .rar file i only know where to put .sma .amxx .mdl .spr .snd because im a regular dummie

u have to download winrar to use rar files they are just like zipfiles

Bangers your 3 months too late. And that user is exactly the reason we don't allow heroes to be posted with rar files instead of zips.
