The simon menu does not work open / close doors. How to make it work? I have this plugin to-server "smartjaildoors."
How to change time round? I mean the normal round of "simon day." With 6 minutes would change for 8 minutes?

You gotta make sure that you configure the doors manually for each map by using !sjd (you must have the root flag).

Upgrade Suggestion

Currently the special days are configured for days/round with CVAR:

sm_franugjailbreak_day "5" // every X rounds, a special round (not simon round) started

I could put it in this way, by chat too

The sheriff/warden could choose if he wants a special day at the time you type the command, example **!specialday/!sd**

Then in case it would be the option to choose one of these modes, example:

Set for Days "1"
Configure by CVAR "2"

Do you understand more or less what I mean?
