Updated to version 2.0. I recoded a lot of the plugin while updating it to current syntax. The current version is UNTESTED. Let me know if it has any problems. I left v1.2 up for now.

Only for Deathmatch or also for Basic CS:S

Never tried it on regular game mode. You certainly could test though.

Updated to 2.0.1 after report of a bug in the current version. Fixes bad unbalance detection due to float conversion not working.
