Same functions as mine. I improve better code and fix some errors.
1. When witch killed or incapacitated one, she will change another target and chase.
2. A witch can follow survivors at a certain distance.

Sorry, misunderstood cause fellow means another thing in English.
Also thought that the witch would follow a survivor in "X" range only after being activated.
