Does anybody know what files which contains the salary cap script line (default salary cap is 16K), and health value cap script line (max value is 255) ?. i see CS:O could increase it's salary cap over 16K and health value over 255. help me please. in addition,do you know how to enable startup video ?. (the video which appears before the menu show up)
