Problem Creating CSGO Dedicated Server Need Help

Hello, i will try to be brief so this may be over soon.

I have problems creating a dedicated server with steamcmd.
The server seems to be up and running, i made sure of the following things:
-Token is correctly configured
-Server has all the necesary configs in server.cfg, as many many tutorials showed me.
-For some reason when i try to enter my own server CSGO automatically returns to main menu without any error or warning, except if i disable the token, then the game behaves exactly the same but the exception i get the error:

Failed to connect to game server . This game server resrtrics clients to connect from internal local area network only.

This only happens when i remove the GSLT token, but the behaviour of the game trying to connect to the server is the same. If i tried another port i get retries till 30 retries. But the correct IP automatically returns me to main menu.

Also, when finding the server in community server browser, the server even ask me the password to join the sv, meaning the server is virtually active, but i just cant join.

If i enter with ipv4 specifiyng the port, sometimes i can enter, and if i quickly input the server iP, which is hosted through HAMACHI, then i can connect and RCON works.
But nobody outside would be able to connect, since they dont have acces to the server through local ipv4.

This is bugging the hell out of me, someone please, help me.

Portforwarding is IMPOSSIBLE with my current ISP, and so it is with every one due to my country.

I host a CS Source server WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, so this should work too.

i swear i researched a lot before posting, dont give me shit for this evidently common problem, but i cannot for the life of me find the solution.

LAN
In your game, "browse servers" - window, choose LAN tab

Bacardi, thanks for you answer.

This doesnt work, since i want to access the server to use rcon, and also it does the same error.
Even if it let me get in, the IP of the server is from HAMACHI, and i wouldnt be able to use rcon commands with the typical error in console after a rcon command" unable to connect to server IPXXX"
Also want people to access the server, 4 friends with their own connections at distance.

Bacardi, solved the use.

The problem was the IP Hamachi gives. ITS not in the range of supported IPS

Zerotier allowed me to configure a 10.0.x.x ip and i was able to connect and so people from the outside

the rest of the sv is configured steamcmd dedicated server instructions on the internet recommend.
