Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. Maybe its not for L4D1?

That version is intended for L4D2.
I'm not familiar with L4D1, but you could try this version

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with Dragokas version as it features the autohide panel, or show panel when looking at +showscores feature. You guys rock.
