Can some1 make a litle plugin for me what clears client console after when he has been in server for 15sec? and that for every round

I can make this, but first I'd like to ask another moderator:
Is this considered slowhacking since it is clearing the client's console, or no because it's not a client setting?

But there may be alternatives, why exactly do you want to clear players consoles ?

I like this Idea cause I really do not like to see my client console bugging with nasty and bugging chats of players..especially those without Spam Blocker...

However, It would be more better if it also works for Server Console.
