I have issue on my server. CT can move c4 while pressing e. Do you know how can I fix this?

AFAIK it can be fixed by set sv_turbophysics to 0

sm_cvar sv_turbophysics 0

Set this:
mp_anyone_can_pickup_c4 0

If it doesn't work issue the command at the server to see if it is getting set.
Just entering this setting will list out the current setting.
mp_anyone_can_pickup_c4

If you set it to 0 but the server shows it is still 1 than it is getting overridded somewhere and you have to figure out which file is setting it.

Settings in autoexec.cfg run first but I noticed on my server
gamemode_casual.cfg runs NEXT and can override things I put in autoexec.cfg

What config files run and the order they run on your server will depend on your game mode and how you set it up.
