I do not know why, probably svencoop is notonly recalculating
speed when you change weapon (lvl speed boots to max and take a minigun,
you will be able to walk with normal speed for like one second - weird)

Hey Silencer, here is a few suggestion.

Ammo Reincarnation - When mastered 30/30 (which won't take long to get lvl 30) it's abit too uber with 1 clip each 4.5 sec. I suggest around 10-20 seconds would do.

Anti-Gravity Device - Can't notice the difference with level 0 and mastered. By any chance it can reduce x2 more gravity or to make it until you feel like your floating?
Edit: Actually I feel the floating lol. (Just a bit lol)
Edit: Oh.... Now I see, if you hold you jump button you float more

Speed Boots - Well maxspeed doesn't really do anything even if you try sv_maxspeed on your server. Maybe instead you can try these. accelerate/airaccelerate/wateraccelerate

ehh but wouldn't it allow bunny hopping or faster jumping of some sort? (+ Karma, forgot to do that earlier). Is it possible to add a temporary thin glow shell around a player indicating he blocked an attack?

Oh there's a thought. Multi-jumping boots, allows multiple jumping while in the air. Reducing recoil (Not all) would be cool also.

a glow is possible but that would interrupt glow from a glow plugin.

there already is the gravity thing which changes the way of playing of some maps.

Bug or Is it?: Players after a certain level get a exp out of to level of negative number making them unable to level up more. (Maybe because they require a medal)
eg. Unnamed: 1781/-35

Bug? Glitch?: Constant commit suicide bug after death (often)
