I think you should be able to do this on your own, don't give support for changes here, only help with the vanilla plugin

What I'd like to do is just add a custom one after the Global one, but my brain kinda hurts.

so far i have done everything well it works but the scoreboard does not show who has what rank.
and you can only get points if there are 4 people on the server.
maybe someone has some solution?

scoreboard ranks come with fakerank module <--- (warning here it can come to the token ban) and the 4 people thing you can change in the settings in addons/sourcemod/configs/levels_ranks/settings.ini

I also brought the fakerank module into the server folders, but it doesn't show the rankings either

then you have not uploaded the images, you must have the svg files and check the logs if you have made an error addons/sourcemod/logs/error_***.log if you don't give me clear info, i can't help you

I have a strong feeling that you are new, you don't even know where the error logs are....i wrote that before: addons/sourcemod/logs/error_***.log should there be none here, you have a clean server and forgot to upload the svg files for fakeranks
