Black screen/fade out. + Death blockage

I am wondering if there is any plugin out there that fades out/blacks out the spectator view ..for The Specialists, HL1 mod.

Also is there any death blockage for TSRP that removes the "Josh killed Daniel" but shows it to admins only?

Here is Avalanche's death blocking plugin from his TSRP plugins. It has options to block kills, fade to black on death and force players to respawn.

That didn't work - I compiled and ran it. It blocks deaths however it wont show to admins, also fadeout didn't work. Thanks anyway.
