[CS:GO] Add default knife to certain maps

I wonder if someone can code something like the !resetknife or something, because some of my maps that I have on my server doesn't come with the default knife and if I try to add start with a knife in Hammer edit I lose all the textures of the map...

I'm willing to pay if some one can fix this issue, preferably PayPal.
