What can we do against this?

In our server a few days ago someone freezes the server. Suspicious things we have seen before the freezes : Random letter name (probably BOTs) connect to the server and they use basic CS 1.6 Voice command for example : Taking fire need assistance, regroup team , affirmative etc. and they flood it .
A few minutes ago when we were playing on de_cpl_mill32 someone without name or characters wrote that : Sup admins ? U can't do nothing against this?! ... He had no name and we couldn't even find this player nor in STAT , AMX_WHO, STATUS. The other problem is that lot of times the server kicks all player with that message : Fake player spamming or protocol violence. What can we do to fix these exploits ?

well there is only solution for all this stuff is to remove dproto and making your server steam only.

i tell you whats the problem you should not mix french + english when you speak like "Probleme" and "Steamer"

I have fixed your total false english babbling, exept the "when you speak like "Probleme" and "Steamer"" as i don't really know what you wanted to say with it.

thank you, at least i don't use my bad english to post lies & useless stuff like he did.
