I need a plugin that will have a menu and do these commands.

1. Swap All Admins to one team and non admins to the other team.

Allow admins to pick team they want to have. In Menu select CT or T.
Lock the team that is selected for admins only allowing only Admins to join.

2. Set autoteambalance to 0

3. Restart Round on swap.


Trying to get a event where its all members vrs non members in my server.

I looked around but not seeing something like this if there is let me know the link.
