Kicking a client doesn't ban them. It just drops their connection. If you don't want them to return, ban them.

this player will retry immediately, i mean that not the player himself type retry on cmd, just his csgo auto retry.

It's a bug that's been happening with sourcebans especially on some servers. Once a client is kicked from the server it will force a clientside retry command to reconnect to the server.

OK, I found the problem
CSGO SDK update, but my sourcemod havent use the last version
class INetChannelHandler add virtual void ConnectionStop() = 0;
so abstract_class IClient : public INetChannelHandler 's virtual void Disconnect( const char *reason ) = 0;
become virtual void Reconnect( void ) = 0; now
