I have 500gb disk space
4gb ram
1mbps connection speed
Unlimited bandwidth
Also I want 500fps server so how to set
Sv maxrate minrate etc..

Don't host a server, not unless you want to piss off everyone with awful lag.

packet size 350 X sv_maxupdaterate 20 = sv_minrate 7000
sv_maxrate 100000
sv_minupdaterate 20

UPLOAD 1Mbps ~ 0,125 MB/s
125000 B/s / rate 7000 = 17 players

or if those above settings lags

packet size 500 X sv_maxupdaterate 20 = sv_minrate 10000
sv_maxrate 100000
sv_minupdaterate 20

UPLOAD 1Mbps ~ 0,125 MB/s
125000 B/s / rate 10000 = 12 players
