Nope, I assume you did the testing to make sure everything works. Besides adding the check once the plugin is loaded for connect to set the default value, nothing I changed indicates severe problems.

The way you did it is fine but you can't turn it off per player with your method if needed.

Edit: Updated my version to set default values on plugin start, simple.

New Release v1.5.0 :

How To Update:
  • Remove HomingProjectiles.cfg from tf\cfg\sourcemod
  • Put the new .smx file in addons\sourcemod\plugins
  • OPTIONAL : Put the new .sp file in addons\sourcemod\scripting

Changelog


Commands :
  • sm_homingprojectiles - Toggle Homing Projectiles
  • sm_homing - Same as above
  • sm_homingarrowhead - Toggle Homing arrow to target head
  • sm_hominghead - Same as above
  • sm_homingrocketfeet - Toggle Homing rocket (including sentryrocket) to target feet
  • sm_homingfeet - Same as above
New :
  • sm_homingremoveall - Remove All homing projectiles

Usage


ConVars :
  • sm_homingprojectiles_version - The plugin version (don't change it)
  • sm_homingprojectiles_enable - Enable/Disable the plugin Default Value : 1
  • sm_homingprojectiles_canseeeveryone - Homing Projectiles can see invisible/disguised spy ? (0 for no | 1 for yes) Default Value : 0
  • sm_homingprojectiles_mod - Homing Projectiles target mod (For more informations, see at the end of Notes of the post about the release v1.0.1) Default Value : 4
  • sm_homingprojectiles_head - Enable/Disable the command for toggle homing arrow to target head - Default Value : 1
  • sm_homingprojectiles_feet - Same as above but for feet - Default Value : 1
New :
  • sm_homingprojectiles_all - Enable/Disable Homing Projectiles for all - Default Value : 0
  • sm_homingprojectiles_allhead - Enable/Disable Homing Arrow Head for all - Default Value : 0
  • sm_homingprojectiles_allfeet - Enable/Disable Homing Rocket Feet for all - Default Value : 0
  • sm_homingprojectiles_speed - The Homing Projectile speed multiplier - Default Value : 0.5
  • sm_homingprojectiles_reflectspeed - The Homing Projectile reflected speed multiplier - Default Value : 1.1


Others :
  • All Commands are Slay Flag access
  • I will upload new release when I have enough suggestions or/and bugs fixed so don't forget to share what bugs did you found and what suggestions you want I add on the release
