I really want to use your plugin too!! but here is the thing:

When the timer appears after you plant the C4, it suddenly disappears and won't come back.
I tried every config in your .INI but i just can't get it to work

All my work and plugins i gathered and modified etc only runs for 1.8.2, at least most of them.
Maybe it has something to do with the amxx version i am using?

Also i use your Custom chat plugin, rank, simple menu, fire in the hole and rank when aiming plugin. all of them work flawlessly

Other plugins for c4 timers won't work for me either.

It happens with some plugins that seem to work with others but not with my amxx version, for eg: Grenade sack.

I formatted the PC, installed a fresh 1.8.2 amxx and tested your plugin alone and still won't work.

You probably have too many HUD messages on the screen at the same time from various plugins. You can't have more than 4 - they will either flicker od completely disappear.
Try changing the "MESSAGE_TYPE" setting to 1. This will make the plugin use DHUD instead od HUD.
