"Help" is not really a descriptive topic....
Eigther way.
Please post the output of the following server-console commands, if you don't have direct access to the server-console use "rcon" infront of them:
amxx list
amxx modules
meta list
status
amxx cvars
From the last command only those that start with "redirect_".
And please show your full serverlist.ini.
