I am confident now, that all of those stupid errors are because of the Anonymous Login,
I have now successfully installed 4 servers for APP 90 by using my own Login and not
Anonymous. Just sayin! LOL

Confirmed, using a Steam Account to download HLDS works fine.

worked for me aswell, but it doesnt download the HLDS tool so how can I start the server ?

It downloaded everything just fine for me. Are you sure SteamCMD downloaded everything?

Looks like you have encountered the HLDS bug. You need to attempt the install multiple times (as stated on the Valve Wiki)

I keep using app_update 90 validate but it doesn't download it.. what do I do ?

Run the download again and show me the last few lines of the output (not the entire thing, just the last 5 or so)

Validation should take longer than that. Try deleting everything related to SteamCMD and then redownload it and reinstall it
