Is there any proper way to store and read JSON from SQLite (other than using slow
TEXT/VARCHAR methods)?

whenever i try to save
JSON_Object into Database.
SQLite driver doesn't seem to support any JSON functions (only with
JSON1 extension, but it requires full recompilation for driver code, i think).
Also, i'm not sure about MySQL but i guess JSON functions are built-in feature there. MySQL JSON functions work fine.
