[L4D2] z_spawn does not work then connected players

Hello. I have small problem with z_spawn_old. The fact is that when the players went to the safehouse on the previous map, there is a change on the next map. Once the new map is loaded, the command z_spawn_old <bossname> auto flatly refuses to work until all players will not in to the game.
In console print:

Couldn't find a spitter Spawn position in 5 tries
Couldn't find a smoker Spawn position in 5 tries
Couldn't find a boomer Spawn position in 5 tries
....
e.t.c.
How to fix this? I tried change this cvars:

director_ready_duration 0
director_transition_timeout 1
director_unfreeze_time 1
But that does not give effect...

This happens only when the switching occurs in one of the campaign, using saferooms.
If you change the map through changelevel, the command z_spawn_old <bossname> auto is working without waiting for players.

So, if yet there are the transitioning players, the command z_spawn_old auto will not work. And when all the players will enter the game, the command immediately begins to work.

Maybe would be some sort of a command that will clear the number of transition players? Because if you restart the round (Event round_start), the transition players counter back to zero.

Same here,using AutoIS not spawn infected. Any solutions?
