Hi,

When i start a dedicated server with AMXX, on some maps it says this:
Host_Error: PF_precashe_model_I: Model 'sprites/black_smoke3.spr' failed to precashe because the item count is over the 512 limit. Reduce the number of brush models and/or regular models in the map to correct this. Where can I do that? plz help me. Thx.

No it aint CS: Source (Just checked my server)

It is located in cstrike/sprites/ , dod/sprites/ so it is a file that probably has an error.
Try to replace the file with a new one.

Edit . well it seems like there are to many items.
I know very little about mapmaking, maybe some mapmaker can amswer you. But I believe it is only that map that gives you this problem.

Do you have plugins which use a lot of sounds/sprites? (An example would be the ones which play sounds to all clients connected when certain words are said). If you do, remove some of the sounds, and that should go away.
