Don't enough information. How can I reproduce your situation? Plugin use function GetClientName and get real time player name, as I understand.

Using the latest public version of your plugin (v1.4), join a server you are admin on and in chat type "!teamswitch john" or replace "john" with a name that will not match a connected players name. It will say the player was not found, and instead will switch another random player.

Yes. I have it running on my TF2 and CS:S servers. Works fine, apart from the bugs I mentioned on this page.
