Yeah seems like it can't call the item index from tf2itemsinfo getting the following;

Well, I just reinstalled my server to fix a "No free edicts" error I kept getting, and now cosmetics work fine.

Make sure you have the dependencies on your server:

When the map changes on my server, it reverts bots back to stock... Only when I restart the server does it work, until a map change of course.

This is because the plugin unloads and then the server refuses to load it for memory reasons afterwards
