So im admin and a player request unban he told me he dont have the screenshots in his cstrike folder but I took amx_ss 3 times, did is possible an admin took amx_ss on a user and their game dont make the screenshots? Or amx_ss works in all users and this guy is trolling to get unbanned?

It works for everyone unless he blocked the command on purpose.

If cl_filterstuffcmd is 1 screenshot won't work IIRC.

According to this, the snapshot commands isn't blocked.

Regardless, there are still possible explanations for the snapshots not existing.

This is why this snapshot thing is unreliable.
