Transfer Leadership didn't work ...! I Press 6 (Gang Admin Menu) then 2 (Transfer Leadership) and nothing happen ...!

It has a problem. Get -1 element of array. This causes a lot of errors.

Plugin should check that player's gang id is not equal to -1, which means that the gang doesn't exist or if the player isn't in any gang.
Author must fix this error. And you must add :

ArrayDestroy( g_aGangs )

in plugin_end.
