Huge Sourcebans Glitch - console bans people that have quotes in their name!

ive changed my rcon password 3 times already yet this still occasionally happens

in fact this the 6th times its done this to random players

OK so I finally figured it out, no person is doing this, it has nothing to do with rcon password

look at my servers ban lists, http://slayersgaming.com/sb/index.php?p=banlist

notice something odd about the bans made by CONSOLE?

the console automatically bans players that have quotes ("") in their names, no one else

its put the part in the " " as the ban reason

player Saul "The Bear" Bereson banned by console, reason: Bear Bereson 0

player ☢"® Prophet™"☢ banned by console, reason:

player Grafik "Panda" banned by console, reason: 0

player Rainbow Dash "The Heartbreaker!" banned by console, reason: Heartbreaker! 0

player F_ck.Just need "U" banned by console, reason: 0

SourceBans doesn't ban people by itself, especially not from console, so one of those plugins must be calling sm_ban without escaping quotes.

Unfortunately my crystal ball won't tell me the source code of all of your plugins, but it's not one of them by AlliedModders. You should have the source code, so just search them for sm_ban.

i've narrowed it down between about 5 plugins, but I don't have the .sp files as they were not made by me or anyone on here.

Any way I can decompile them?
